1. PREPARATION: Thoroughly prepare the nail by removing any dead skin and loose cuticle from the nail plate. Lightly buff the nail with a sponge buffer to remove dirt and excess shine. Wipe the nail with alcohol to remove any remaining moisture and prepare it for gel application.
2. APPLICATION:
If repairing a crack or chipped nail: Apply Fixee Gel directly over the crack or chipped area, ensuring it is completely covered. Cure for 30 secs. LED/60 secs UV.

If repairing the free edge: Apply a thin layer of Mega Stick Base and cure to help stabilize the Fixee Gel and reinforce the nail structure. Place a Nail Form beneath the free edge, then apply Fixee Gel to build the necessary structure. Cure for 30 secs. LED/60 secs UV.

3. File and smooth the cured Fixee Gel, then apply your base gel or finish shaping the free edge as desired.

NOTE:

• KOKOIST Base Gels do not require the use of a bonder or primer before application.
• Store out of direct light and at room temperature after each use.
• We recommend using a strong curing unit or else gel will not cure all the way through causing lifting or peeling. Follow the recommended curing times for each step.
• Be careful not to get gel onto the skin. Gel applied over the cuticle or around the eponychium area can cause lifting. Uncured gel left on the skin can cause allergic reactions to occur. Discontinue use immediately if itching, redness or swelling occurs on your skin, and contact a physician.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after 9:00 am CST will be processed on the next business day.

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

KOKOIST USA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KOKOIST USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping 

Typically shipments arrive within 7-10 days but please allow up to 30 days at times depending on the custom situation with your country. Unfortunately since we have no control over the customs, we can't guarantee the delivery date. In addition, We are not responsible for any duty/import taxes/customs charges you may incur. We are also not responsible for any deliverable/unclaimed/lost/stolen packages.
