KOKOIST USA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

*Orders shipped through FedEx, UPS, and DHL cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders $100 and over (excluding tax and discounts).

Free shipping is not available on international orders.

Our order processing is 1-2 business days + shipping time. Typically shipments for orders placed outside of the US arrive within 7-10  business days, please allow up to 30 days for delivery depending on the customs within your country. Orders to be delivered in the US take 1-2 business days for processing + 5-7 business days for shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes! You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be:

  1. Purchased from the KOKOIST online store.
  2. Unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Have proof of purchase (order number).

Please follow the steps below to make a return/exchange for your KOKOIST USA purchase.

  1. Repack the merchandise in secure packaging and enclose the invoice/receipt in the package.
  2. Ship the package with an insured and traceable delivery method of your choice to the following address:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Education

100% gel, None of the Other Stuff!  Japanese gels are true gels (as opposed to gel polish) which means they are highly pigmented. Japanese gels are great because they have the dual functionality of a full coverage application and small detailed nail art.

KOKOIST is a semi-hard gel that gives a natural, long lasting finish that suits all of your client’s lifestyle and needs. Japanese gel bases are made with the intention of simplifying the nail process and last so much longer on your nails too!

Japanese gels are typically 5-free but at KOKOIST, we are 9-free. While the definition of 9-free can vary, for us this means that our products do not contain these ingredients: toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, parabens, triphenyl phosphate (TPHP), and xylene.

We recommend using at least a 36W powered lamp. Our LeBlanc and Infinity Lights are ideal and designed to minimize heat spikes.

YES! We are working on producing new products to be HEMA-Free.

Platinum Filler Base is great when creating short to medium length extensions. For longer extensions, use the Builder gel over the Bonding Duo for added strength. 

Mega Stick Base is a soft gel with more flexibility. Used as a base and with the Builder Gel over can add strength to the nails.

KOKOIST gels are rich and highly pigmented colors. A 2.5g pot will provide approximately 30 applications to short nails. 

Colors denoted with an “S” are sheer colors and will yield slightly more than opaque colors.

Working in thin layers will help ensure the gel is cured completely. 

Double check to make sure your lamp is compatible and is producing strong enough wavelengths to cure the gel. Old lamps may need to have the bulbs replaced and could cause the gels to cure unevenly. 

*Tip: make sure your lamp is not sharing an outlet with other devices as this may weaken the wattage.
