Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at KOKOIST USA! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Order processing time takes 1-2 business days + 5-7 business days for shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Estimated shipping times do not include order processing times. 

Orders placed after 9:00 am CST will be processed on the next business day. 

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 5-10 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

KOKOIST USA ships to addresses within the U.S. U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KOKOIST USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

International Shipping 

Our order processing is 1-2 business days + 7-10 business for shipping on orders placed outside of the US. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery depending on the customs within your country. We have no control over customs and can not guarantee the delivery date. 

In addition, we are not responsible for any duty/import taxes/customs charges you may incur. We are not responsible for any deliverable/unclaimed/lost/stolen packages. For more information please contact your country's customs office. 

 

We will not be responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. To protect your package, please purchase Redo Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout.
