Gelip Starter Kit

1. PREPARATION: Thoroughly prepare the nail, removing any dead skin and loose cuticle off and around the nail plate. Lightly buff the nail with a sponge buffer to remove any dirt and excess shine. Wipe any moisture from the nail using alcohol to prepare it for your gel application.

2. BASE: Apply KOKOIST Gelip Bond Base Gel to the natural nail and cure using an UV and/or LED lamp.

3. GELIP APPLICATION: Wipe down Gelip with alcohol to prepare for application. Apply base gel to the Gelip only on the area where the Gelip will bond with the natural nail and apply the remaining gel from the brush to the base of the Gelip.

4. Attach slightly above the cuticle area and flash cure, giving a full cure once all tips are applied. File edge to blend with the natural nail to provide a seamless look.

5. Sand surface with a sponge buffer and apply a layer of the Gelip Bond or KOKOIST base gel and cure using an UV and/or LED lamp to prepare the nail for color application.

6. COLOR: Apply gel color of choice and cure using an UV and/or LED lamp.

7. TOP: Apply KOKOIST Top Coat Gel and cure using an UV and/or LED lamp.

NOTE:

• KOKOIST Base Gels do not require the use of a bonder or primer before application.
• The recommended base gel for KOKOIST Gelip is Gelip Bond Base. Depending on your client’s nails, Mega Stick Base, Bonding Duo in A Bottle, and Nail Thoughts Tinted Bases can be used as well.
• KOKOIST Gelips are able to be fully soaked-off or re-filled.
• We recommend using a strong curing unit or else gel will not cure all the way through causing lifting or peeling. Follow the recommended curing times for each step.
• Be careful not to get gel onto the skin. Gel applied over the cuticle or around the eponychium area can cause lifting. Uncured gel left on the skin can cause allergic reactions to occur. Discontinue use immediately if itching, redness or swelling occurs on your skin, and contact a physician.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after 9:00 am CST will be processed on the next business day.

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

KOKOIST USA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KOKOIST USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

KOKOIST USA is not liable for any products lost or stolen.

International Shipping 

Typically shipments arrive within 7-10 days but please allow up to 30 days at times depending on the custom situation with your country. Unfortunately since we have no control over the customs, we can't guarantee the delivery date. In addition, We are not responsible for any duty/import taxes/customs charges you may incur. We are also not responsible for any deliverable/unclaimed/lost/stolen packages.
